Love him or hate him.  Most people choose the latter, though not I.  Never been one for reality TV but Hell’s Kitchen alongst with Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares is like the 21st century Aesop’s Fables.  Each show holds a tiny kernel of goodness that once parsed can be filed away as knowledge.   No seriously, you constantly see how not to run a restaurant or any business for that matter.  It’s easy to compromise, but it’s always the first step down a dark road.  Happy Viewing!
